Recharge “Single e-ticket”

The Standard Electronic Ticket can be used to pay for Metro journeys and other kinds of public transportation. The stored-value smart card costs RUB 55 (number of journeys - 0) The smart card can be returned for a full refund within 45 days from the day of purchase.

Amounts that can be added:

- Maximum sum: RUB 15,000,
- Minimum sum: cost of one journey on public transport.

 

The ticket can be topped up online:

- the Metro website at: www.metro.spb.ru (ISPP payment application), no commission fees apply.
- St. Petersburg Bank Internet Banking Application, no commission fees apply (the Internet Banking service is added when a client opens an account).*

*  You can top up your Standard Electronic Ticket in the following ways:

- Open the bank’s website (you do not have to have an account or a card of the Bank to use the service), and add money by transferring it from any other account in any other bank,
- Pay by cash at Bank St. Petersburg ATMs,
- Use Bank St. Petersburg cards to pay at Bank St. Petersburg ATMs.


 

How to Activate Your Card Via the ISPP Payment Application

After topping up your card you must:

- Place the card on the digital display or ticket and token machine at any Metro station, and make sure your payment sum has been added.  The words “Card Updated” should appear.

You can activate the payment at any time within three years of making the payment.

The support service only provides support to customers who top up their “Podorozhnik” Smart Card via the ISPP website. The ISPP Support Service does not provide consultations on MegaChip cards. Regarding all other issues, users of “Podorozhnik” Smart Cards should call the Transportation Management Office at (812) 712-57-89 (or call the hotline at 576-55-55).

The Support Line is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

When you call the support service, please inform the operator of your payment details (number and code of transaction, date and time of transaction, number of your smart card). Please do not tell the operator your bank card or digital wallet details.

Please Note!
Money deposited onto a ticket cannot be refunded.
The ISPP application is not in operation from 2 to 5 a.m. No payments can be made at that time.
